Someone is listening to your SaskTel voice mails

"If you say something new that the system has never seen... it's able to push that bit up and ask an agent for help. That's how we train the system live."

So there is someone listening to your messages!  I was right. You heard it here first. (See previous post.)

dude, you don't think someone is actually listening to your message and then typing it, do you?
(in a warehouse somewhere, a mass of people are fevorishly trying to type voicemails for people)
